Fred is a Civil Engineer with The US department of Transportation- Federal Aviation Administration. He manages Multimillion Dollar Construction projects for the Agency. These include Airport Traffic Control Towers, NAV-AIDS and Radar Facilities. He has been working as an Engineer for the past 20 years.

Fred is also founder and President of Ceda-Tex Services Inc. a Texas based Construction Company in Austin Texas. They specialize in public facilities projects in Texas. The company has been in business since 1998. He attended Lenana High school, Upper hill school and both University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University for his Engineering Degree. Fred believes that Education is the Key to empowering our people.
